I must tell you as a business owner myself that the customer service was absolutely horrible. You had two employees helping one customer and disregarding the others. Just a suggestion, you may want to take a closer look at what really goes on in your store not just what is presented to the public on TV. It seems that your Dash girls are quick to judge customers.
